Frequently asked questions

Which devices does it run on?

iPhone and iPad with iOS 17 or later; Android phones and tablets with Android 7.0 or later. The game plays fully offline.

How does saving work? What if I quit mid-scene?

The game saves automatically at the start of each section. Go back to the menu and choose “Tiếp tục” (Continue) to resume from the start of that section.

Can I move my progress to a new device?

Not yet. Your data is stored only on the device you play on and is never uploaded, so it does not carry over to another device.

The text is too small, or the subtitles move too fast

Open “Cài đặt” (Settings) and change “Cỡ chữ” (text size) and “Tốc độ phụ đề” (subtitle speed).

Why don’t my achievements show in Game Center / Play Games?

Achievements are reported to Game Center (iPhone, iPad) or Google Play Games (Android) only when you are signed in to that service. If you are not signed in, they are still saved on your device.

How do I delete all data and start over?

In “Cài đặt” (Settings), choose “Xóa toàn bộ dữ liệu đã lưu” (Delete all saved data). Your playthrough, history notebook cards, endings and achievements stored on the device are all erased. To simply replay, choose “Chơi mới” (New game) in the menu.

The game has a bug, freezes or crashes

Send a message below and choose “Bug report”. Please include the scene number (tap ☰ to see it), your device and its iOS or Android version. Screenshots help: mention in your message that you have some, and we will reply by email so you can send them.

I’d like to play the beta

Send a message below, choose “Beta sign-up” and tell us whether you use an iPhone, iPad or Android device. On Android, the email you give must be the Google account signed in to Google Play, or you won’t be able to join the closed test. The game is in Vietnamese only for now.

Is the story true?

The battle of Bạch Đằng in 938 really happened; many characters and lines are fiction. In the game, the history notebook marks what the chronicles record, which chronicle records it, and what the game adds. Spotted a historical error? Choose “History question” and tell us.
